Due to the nature of services provided by Hello ESO, refund is not applicable. It is typically specify that users will not get refunds for payments already made. This includes, but not limited to professional services fees, technical error, regardless of usage and in any circumstances. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. For cancellation of services, no refund will be made.
