• Hello ESO followed ethical approach in its business and it protects all its services, members, specialists from indulging in any commissioning or any other external referral practices.
• Hello ESO is a facilitator, providing digital interface to connect the patients and expert doctors globally for which a consultation fees is applicable to all its client / customer / patient / registrants / beneficiaries.
• Hello ESO provides following services within healthcare:
  • Expert Second Opinion is a platform for patients with any medical illnesses, diseases and diagnosis seeking support to understand his/her line of treatment.
  • Hello ESO provides special counseling for cancer patients with the support of its Special Counselling Committee- (board of cancer surgeons, Oncologists and Radiotherapist) Tumour Board, it is a special comprehensive advice & counselling services for people with cancer conditions, line of treatment with precision & accuracy.
  • Hello ESO also addresses the concern of its registrant through Premium patient services with scheduled video consultation with specialists and super specialists as per the privacy policy.
  • Hello ESO also acts as a global coordinator to provide Coordination Services for medical tourist patients and families.
  • Hello ESO with the support of its global team facilitates counselling and diagnostic services from specialist doctors of other countries.

FOR REGISTRATION AS AN ESO EXPERT

Any Super specialist/ specialist can register for Expert consultant with the HelloESO to provide Expert Second Opinion services in his / her specialty field. As per requirements, company will add your name under the specialty/ Super specialty and will generate code of the consultant.

Upon the code generation, consultant can work for general patients as well as provide second opinion services for privilege or premium patients. For premium patients consultant will mention his/ her fees for Expert Second Opinion including the video meeting with the patient/s. The maximum time for each meeting will be 15 minutes. Video meeting will be scheduled upon the successful registration with Expert Second Opinion and as per agreement of consultant and patient. The fees applicable on the video consultation will be included in the fee of HelloESO registration charges.

Selection of consultants is done by committee of HelloESO qualified senior / experienced doctors depending upon their credentials, licensure, registration and patient needs.

We are not appreciating any referral practices or any commissions and we do not bound our clients from taking treatment as per their choice.. We are only providing a platform for Expert Second Opinion of the consultant to the patients and aims to support the people across the globe, last mile population with increased medical awareness and communication network.
